Ronald Klayman
CPA, CA, CFE, ALA
PARTNER
Ronald Klayman is a senior partner of the firm providing consulting and management advisory services to the clientele.
Ronald specializes in providing professional services for a variety of business sectors including real estate and construction, distribution, manufacturing, entertainment, condominiums and professional practices including; medical, dental, legal.
Ronald has also received designations as a Certified Fraud Examiner and an Accredited Litigation and Valuation Specialist. Ronald provides forensic, valuations and litigation support services for the firm.
Ronald is actively involved in the community and serves as a board member for various not-for-profit organizations. Is a member of The Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Canadian Litigation Accounting & Valuation Institute.
Rick Wronzberg
ACCOUNTANT
Rick Wronzberg has extensive experience in both public accounting, consulting and industry. He obtained his CA in 1982 with Deloitte. Rick has extensive experience with assisting clients with migration to various accounting software programs including BusinessVision, Quickbooks, AccountEdge (MYOB), and various Accpac/Sage programs.
His involvement with condominium corporations, both in property management and audit provide him with a greater insight into the audit of condominium corporations.
Rick is a member of the board of directors of an international not-for-profit organization with over 20,000 members as well as serving as a regional vice-president. He has continued to volunteer in a mens’ sports league, both in an administrative role and player, that he was instrumental in setting up over 30 years ago.
Guru Arumugam
ACCOUNTANT
Guru is an accountant with international experience. He built a career as an auditor where he had the opportunity to work with different sized CPA firms from different countries. He has experience working with clients from various industry segments, such as manufacturing, services and not-for-profit organizations

Born October 22, 2010. Occupation is a registered trained Therapy Dog. Handler is Shelli Klayman. Ambition in life is to bring as many smiles to the people he touches. (p.s………..to do the odd tax return).
